I was banded on jan 14th this year, Ive lost @40 pounds so far... but Im walking alot so I am putting on muscle which is a trade off with fat, so I am not dropping pounds as fast but my clothes are still getting loser... I try not to weigh myself that often, rather go by how my clothes are fitting etc... take lots of pics of yourself so you can see your face slimming down and other parts of your body... dont get in a hurry for "other things " I tried too soon and... well.... you know... had to wait a while longer... lol
