Mine was under my biggest incision...they had me push out my stomach wall, and then I could feel it. It wasn't where I thought it would be -

I was kind of wondering how that would go post band? Since we got the band before I got pregnant, I would love to be filled in.

I would just be honest with yourself and your doc...as much as you want to 'feel' restriction...be sure that things go down well. I have heard people are so set on feeling restricted that they sometimes get an overfill the first time, because at least with my doc, if I told him I didn't feel anything at the back of my throat he would keep going, but then you are not doing yourself any favors when you are unable to get anything down comfortably, so just be patient, be honest, and know that each body is different, and you'll be successful, it just takes time.

Yea, I have been going to the gym nearly everyday but weekends, eating really well...no bread, no rice, no pastries and cakes...and have been eating healthy. I just had my first fill last Tuesday (3/10) and I am hoping to see some more results. I am down 17 one month out...so I am hoping for another good month.

Hey there...thanks for friending me, where are you at in the process? I had my surgery a month ago today, and got my first fill last Tuesday....it hasn't been nearly as hard or scary as I thought it would be! Hope to hear from you. *e

Sadly with 4.5 I still feel relatively no restriction, and it does nothing for my hunger :thumbup:
