I have had a lot of coughing at night & can not sleep. I don't wont to get any full out cuz I haven't lost any weight & I can still eat what I want too. So I hope this HELP to others! I work at night I would go to sleep & won't sleep an hour I would wake up coughing coughing coughing. My son David he works in MRI.he was about to go to work & He heard me coughing & he come in my room and said Mom if your not going to take any fill out, will you try a ice pack and place it on the top of my band. So we fix me a ice pack. I woke up 4 hours later no coughing no acid reflux and really rested. My son David said to try it it won't hurt me and it make not work the next time. But I do know that I got a lot of rest and like he said it may not work tomorrow morning but I'm going to give it another try. This may not work for others but it sure help me today .

Hello, I was banded in May of 2009 in Monterrey,Mx by Dr Zappatta. I love my band, I think it is the best thing since slcie bread. I would do it all over again. Only problem that I've had which is my fault that I don't eat slow enough and it will come up. But that's the only problems I've had. I love my band -

I PB several times a week but my fault. I know that I shouldn't but sometimes I just want that one more bite & knowing I shouldn't cuz it's coming up. But I do it all the time I just can't or haven't taught myself to just say NO -

Hello to everyone. It's been awhile since I've been on too. Maybe I'm getting back into things. I've lost 25 lbs since may of this year & I'm very proud of that. I went to little sturgis in sturgis ms, and everyone could tell that I've lost weight. Good riding to everyone and ride safe.

Hello california 29, It always nice to here from ya. I've still at the same weight. I think I might need another fill. I have had only the 1 fill. So I might go & see if I can get a .5 in. I have a 4cc & back in July they put 1.25 cc in my band. But in the last few days I want to eat everything. So u haven't lost anymore? Maybe we'll both get on the right track. We in mississippi have had alot of rain & getting ready for the winter months. I'm tried of this humid & hot weather. Glad to hear from you & how's your aunt? Has she lost any yet?

Stacy, Go for it. I had mind done in Monterrey,MX in May and never have had a group of drs and nurses treat you so well. I'm glad I went to Monterrey. My son is in the medical field and he was against it but after he saw the good work that that did he was glad too. So go for it you'll be glad you did. -
that's terrible she hasn't lost. I'm down 20 lbs and have 30 to go to my goal. After my first refill I have to be verry careful of what I eat. I just knew that after my 1st refill I'd have another in a month of so. I think it will be awhile. Maybe your aunt will begin to lose real soon. How much more do you want to lose? Glad to hear from you and you take care.

Glad to here from you and glad your doing goog. How is your aunt? I don't work out maybe walk once a week it's so humid and hot here can't take the heat. I tried to eat a small piece of steak tonight and that was a no no. I love the fill and all my troopers can tell that I'm finally looking like I did when I started here 17 yrs ago. Keep in touch and I sounds like you are exercising for you and me. Keep up the good hard work.
