thanks for the support, I am trying to stay on track. Last nite was good, but like my husband was worried, he sat at the table by himself. I just was not ready to sit and watch him have that big steak!!LOL

well I have been doing little exercise, i JUST cant seem to keep up a routinue. got the dance with the stars, Wii game, lots of fun and gets you moving. My son loved it too! How are you doing? weight coming off, exercise? and are you managing the diet, hunger if any?? I go for another fill, second one this coming week, I hope the fill will help out, i am having trouble with the hunger. weight has stalled, but not gaining, so happy. drop me a note, let me know how you are doing, and thnks for thinking of me. what can I say, I have learned to eat around the band! shame on me. Have to find my way back. Got another fill wk ago 5/27, not much going on. Stand still, gained some 5 lbs back. got to find my way back.

wow! you are looking so good! congrats on the size 12!! I am dong good, slow, but doing good. I finally saw 199 on the scale, but I tend to go up a pound then down, but I can make it. looking forward to seeing 175 by my annv date Jan 2010, I am hopeful!
