I'd be happy to be on your friend list. I am about your age (47). My kids are 18 and 22. I'm glad I had my surgery done and the tightness thing has gotten better daily. If it doesn't though you should call your doctor. I can only get about a 1/2 cup of liquids down before I feel full. That's good I guess. Good Luck!
