Sorry it took so long for me to respond I'm just getting back in town. I'm going to keep it real with you I have my good days then I have my bad days. I got banded in October 2008 it took 8 fills to really get me on the right track, sure I lost the weight but it wasn't really like the way I wanted the weight to come off. I walk 3 miles everyday and that is toning my legs, arms and buttocks. For my the stomach when I'm at work every 30 mins I'll hold my stomach in to the count of 5 and release up to ten times this really helps toning your stomach because girl I do have that I'm trying to lose. Just watch the limit that you eat also will you feel full its time to stop. What also helps put very small portions in your plate and when you are done with the small portion its time to get up from the table. When you really think about it, its a mind game. Just take it one day at a time every progress is totally different, keep that will power and you'll do it. I wish you all the luck

Thank you!! I am working very hard at it. I really watch what I eat and try to make good choices and I go to the gym 4-5 times a week. I thought I wasn't doing that well when I look at other people's results. I just have to keep trying and do what I can do! So dont be discouraged. You will get there in your own time, that's what I have to remind myself.

How do you keep control and eat the right things? And what do you do about excess skin? If u have any advice, i would appreciate it...thx so much!

Hi! I was banded 2 days after you and have lost 25 pounds, im a lil discouraged but u look fabulous!!! How are you doing it so well?!?

Hi! I had the lap band on Dec 20, 2008 and Im down 25 pounds so far, good luck, it can be tough but it is worth it!
