How many band fills have you had? I have had 4, so my band is now half way filled. This last fill has been rough, a lot of choking feelings when I eat. But they are getting better. I still can't eat chicken. But baby bites and chewing food to death has helped. I thought I would of lost a lot more by now too, but I am a nurse and all the md's say that slower is better. But I just want to get into a size 8 or 10. Keep me updated as we progress in this together. Blessings, Lisa ( alpine)
