hi everyone having a bad day have been watching what i eat gained apound. don;t seem to be losing like i think i should. my exercise is way iup from what i was doing. ihave been walking 20 minutes a day twice a day. eating soft food. jello, pudding soup, potatoes. feeling really hungery. has been 2 weeks. i feel good. but it is so good to hear how everyone else is doing. what can i do to get my meotlism to get in high gear. everyone found out at work what i had done so i can't fail.
