I'm in the same boat....I went for an unfill on last Monday and have been hungry every since. But I have made up my mind to eat healthy food and not overdue it with junk. It's hard but we can do it. -
Gain 1lb this week....went to dr had to get unfill for 4 weeks due tight band. I haven't had a fill in 8 months and all of a sudden band get tight. So I will have to work extra hard and pick better food choices. Can someone please help with some suggestions.

Down 1lb this week...... had a wonderful weekend birthday party food, cake, dinner & drinks I'm surprise I loss 1 lb. Must do better this week!
