My focus on calorie intake is not 1st on my priorty list however i eat about 600-800 calories a day. My work out is very intense i owe my progress to working out 4-6 days a week for 45 mins. I dont eat bread rice or pasta, no sugar and I only drink water and crystal light. Since i got my last fill I cant eat meat other than fish. I have 2.5cc's and my Dr didnt want to give me my last fill b/c of my progress she said that she felt like I would be a fast loser. I have been living on smoothies, saldads, and fish.
