Thanks for returning my message! I'm doing ok still taking a handful of pills!! I know I have lost some weight on my pre-op diet but don't know how much, I can feel it in my cloths. I go back to the Dr. on the 31st. Be sure and keep me up dated on your process! Talk to ya later!!
