good morning. my name is debbie. had lap band surgery on august 21st. first fill is october 2nd. on soft diet right now. have to say i still crave food. would love a sandwich but am too afraid of vomiting to eat one. lol. lost some weight 32lbs so far. im excited about that. awaiting the new me.

Ok, honesty time i guess. this is tough to say but the rudesst yet sadest things was when my ex-fiance (RIP) told me he didnt want to sex with me because i was too fat. i used to tell him that he was the same weight as me but he said it didnt matter so I proceeded to lose 132 lbs. then he did something horrific, landed in jail, and i gained all the weight back. That was so hard to share. :thumbup: -
Actually i want to "fix" people all the time. i feel worthless if i can't help someone. When i feel helpless, i eat to stuff my feelings. does this happen to people too? i am going to have the lap band done sometime in April. i am deathly afraid of the emotional eating. any advice?
