I'm big and active. The hard part is the big part. Playing sports and living an active lifestyle at my size has done a number on my knees, back, and other parts. I need to lose weight. I haven't been under 200lbs since I was in middle school.

Hi MrRiceGuy Thanks for the sweet message. I really appreciate it. I probably don't look it but my start weight was 277. Now I am 262. I haven't had my first fill yet. I'm so anxious to get it done. I need to lose 100 pounds. So how are you doing on your journey?
