Thanks for answering my post, Mr. Rice Guy ! You might already be over your gas, by now, but even if you are, continue to walk, walk walk. Moving our bodies is one of the bet things we can do for ourselves. Just think of all he fun things you are going to be able to do with your little girl. Runing after her is going to give you joy and keep you fit at the same time . Men tend to lose faster then women,so your progress will probably be faster then me, but that's okay, I'm much older and I ave a lt of patience ! Good luck !
