I'm big and active. The hard part is the big part. Playing sports and living an active lifestyle at my size has done a number on my knees, back, and other parts. I need to lose weight. I haven't been under 200lbs since I was in middle school.

calories in vs calories out i dont usually post about diet and whatever because im a vegetarian with a wicked sweet tooth...i try to stay under 1200 cal a day and work out and burn 300 3 to 4 times aweek usually will lose about a lb a week..
