thanks. only horror story i got man was wearin those size 44" shorts. the surgery has been a breeze for me. i followed the docs directions, and have had few problems. mainly just learnin how much to chew my food, and when i get in a hurry and dont chew well the band lets me know. i can eat anything i did before, but now i just choose not to. so far im very pleased with the route that i went. it absolutely changed my look on bein healthy. good luck with ur decision, its a huge step. but if u make the best of it, its well worth it.

i just looked a you before and after pic is that for the lap band im about 343 now and seriously considering the band. I work in the medical feild which makes me a big skeptic of any kind of surgery. Do you have any horror stories
