Hi there....if you want a ticker I think you can just click on mine and go to the site and choose one. How are you doing with weight loss so far? I was doing well but not now. the holidays were tough ..too many temptations. I have no restriction at all now. I am still not eating like I used to though and I still love the band but feeling anxious as paid out of pocket and don't feel like I have one right now.
