Wow, you're doing great! I've only lost like 10 pounds still. I saw my doctor yesterday, and he said just to focus on chewing my food well, eating slow, eat healthy foods and don't drink while I'm eating. The don't drink while eating rule I'm having a hard time with. It's such a habit. I'll get my 1st fill on Feb 25th and can't wait for that. I also joined a gym-Anytime Fitness. They're putting a brand new one in where I live, and it will be open Feb. 14th. I'm really excited about it. Keep up the good work. I'll talk to you soon.
