twin!!!! i am so excited about your weight loss!! i havnt been on in awhile but i saw a post of urs in the feb 16th bandsters..i am losing weight at an incredibly slow pace...i was down to 218 but now back up to 220. it sucks, i came back on here to find the motivation and inspiration again....

I'm in the same boat ladies. I haven't lost anything for about a month and a half now. My scale is between 200-202. It sucks. I had to get a little unfilled last fill because I couldn't even eat a grape without it getting stuck. I can't seem to find my happy medium. We have to have faith though, I refuse to let this get me down. If it wasn't for my band I wouldn't have got as far as I did.

I live in Irving, TX where the old Dallas Cowboy's stadium used to be. It seems like things have been going well for you since you got your band. Keep up the good work!!

I also didn't' make my goal of 20 lbs... I kinda figured that I set it too high again. I did lose 11 pounds though!

welcome ! =) and I'm done with the 6 month reg. I'm now waiting on insurance now .. so hopefully its an approval and the sooner the better =)

Hey Debbie! You should put down your start weight at the beginning of the challenge not your start weight from the beginning of your journey. Good luck!!

I'm actually doing a little better, almost 40lbs down total. This last fill I think put me where I needed to be. I'm literally eating about 4oz each meal. While I'm at work I drink my protein. Also... my shoulder pain isn't so bad. I think that it was telling me that I needed to stop eating.
