so tell me how ur 2nd fill went! my next is on May 2nd. Too long!!! lol. as far as the eating goes, I have been really good about not over eating, but my schedule switches around so much i don't stop eating everyday at a "set time" because of work. Some days I don't eat breakfast until 5:30p.m. before going to work. I started drinking my protein again and it took off those 4 lbs I gained before the 1st fill. I am just hoping soon my scale will show under 230.....it's been 4 years since then!
