Thank you so much for writing back and in such detail! I think I will check out that juice plus. I actually need to work on getting my protein in more. That's a lot harder than I thought. I have hit a couple plateaus already and I noticed its always at least a week and a half right before I'm scheduled for my fill. Thank you for the compliment also. Like I tell everyone, I just carry my weight very well. I have had a lot of people ask me why I even got the surgery and I had to explain that for one I'm kinda tall and proportionate so even though I don't look that bad in their eyes, I did start off 90lbs over weight with a bmi of 39. I want to be healthy and I wanted to do something about my weight before it was too late and before I started getting serious complications. I do appreciate all your advice and suggestions. I will definently keep you updated on my progress and maybe one of these days we can meet up. Again thank you and talk to you soon!

So my 2nd fill was a lot better, definently didn't hurt as bad as the 1st one. I'm not really feeling as much restriction as I thought I would, but I'll really be able to tell when it comes time to eat more solid food. Congrats to you on losing that 4lbs! I do believe you will make it under 230 very soon. It is more difficult since your schedule is very hectic but I still think you can do it. Talk to you soon!

Hey Jessica, first off congrats on your date! As for my work out, I try to go to the gym as often as possible...lately its only been about 2-3 times a week but when I go I do a combination of areobic and weight training. You should check out this site Body-for-LIFE thats where I got my work out from. As for foods, I stay low carb/fat and high protein, my doctor had me do that on my 2 week pre-op diet and I lost 9lbs, so i figure with the band it'll help more too. I hope that helps.

Thank you Debbie for checking up on me. Congrats on your 34lbs!!! I've gained back a couple pounds but I'm noticing a pattern, I gain right before my fill. I get my 2nd fill on tomorrow. I go to the gym with my husband at least twice a week. We try to go more often but by the time we both get off from work we're so tired. I think you're doing great. I told myself I wanted to lose 15lbs by may 5 bringing my down to 207 but it doesn't look like I'm going to make it. I hope that fill kinda jump starts the weightloss again

First off, thank you and you know that your just as bad ass!! (twins...both of us are hot together!!) I definitely think you can lose 10lbs by May. Do you know how much you're eating during the day? And how late to you eat your last meal? I try (key word) try not to eat after 7.

Hey my twin!! How are you? thanks for the pic comments So I get another fill this week and guess what... i gained a couple pounds again.. I'm seeing a pattern now lol. I just really want to get under 200 before the summer time, I need to start working out more though. I hope ur doing good. Hugs!!
