thank you (:. well i hope you have the same luck as well. did you try swimming? it might help with those so youre not putting pressure on everything plus its fun. for nausea, what i find to help with it is lots of cold water, mint flavored things like icebreakers (the green container), mint tea, anything minty, and gas x strips seem to helpt with nausea. you will get healthier
