  1. thanks, i eat alot of seafood, packs of tuna, salads with vinagerette dressings, ground turkey. i stay away from red meats. when i snack i snack on kashi products. i drink only water, milk, and sometimes sunny d. i replaced bread with kashi whole grain crackers. ive been tryin to eat pretty strict, and now i enjoy it. as far as exercise, started out just walkin the dogs every evening, then i bought a heavy bag, and a all in one gym from a garage sale, and startin sweatin. holla at me if i can answer any more questions.
