Hi Banded - Dannon makes a sugar-free, non-fat yogurt and is the only one I have found. I didn't like the after taste myself, so I just do Yoplait light, but I think it has some sugar. I figure it is still healthier than I was eating and the exercise will help burn it off. I had my surgery 12/10 and I am anxiously awaiting this coming Wednesday to add fish and poultry to my meals! :hurray: Niecy
