i am doing good. moved onto full liquids today. one major tip is to really talk to the doc and nutritionist about your post-op diet- so you know exactly what they want you to eat/drink. I am seeing a lot of people in chat newly banded who are way off with what they should be doing and that can hurt your band. I am still sore- glad I decided to take the whole week off. I was planning on going back today but decided Monday to give myself a break. Thanks for checking in on me....
