Crimson Tide

I'm pretty shure i'm not alone here. I have a love/hate relationship with my scales. I usually don't like them very much but in the last few weeks we've been getting along pretty good. i weighed 257 this morning. lowest i've weighed in years. It might go up a pound here and there but as a whole i can see it coming down. But i can also tell i was so big it seems there is going to be a lot of xtra skin left over when the weight is gone. I'm pretty sure i'll need a tummy tuck but not sure if i want to put my self through that. Thats just something i'll have to worry about later but as for now just concentrate on the other weght i have left to loose. So COME ON SCALES KEEP BEING NICE TO ME lol :confused::biggrin::ohmy:

Yall are making me want to skip going to florida on vacation and come to the meet and greet!!! Seriously hope everyone has a wonderfull time!! Maybe we will be able to make it to the next one!

Wife had her lapband in November and has went from a size 24 to a 12. She is going in December for a lower body lift, boob lift and lipo in butt (lol)

Thats how i feel. Sometimes i win and sometimes i loose. lol

Kaninag, great you had a good time on vacation. The band is strange sometimes and seems ro have a mind of it's own (lol). I go on vacation in 8 more days and have decided to cancel my fill apointment for Thursday. I don't have the restriction i had 3 weeks ago but i still have some. The best thing for me is while you were gone i got down in the 250's!!!

Bama this site has helped me also. It keeps my mind off food in the evening and it has contributed to my weightloss. I needed extra piece of mind so i let my wife be the guinnie pig a have surgery 5 months before i did so i could see first hand what to expect lol. best of wishes. Greg
