Candra, i forgot to tell you that I only drink water with lemon. I don't do the crystal light thing and no soda. Also are you waiting for an hour after you eat to drink? Girl you got it you are there, you just don't know it yet LOL.

Hi Good thursday afternoon to you all! I have my first fill today, can't wait. I hope she gives me enough because I can eat alot if I allow myself but I have been good. This morning my scale was at 272, I was hoping to be in the 260's oh well can't have it all. Hopefully the fill will help, so that I can start losing again. Heather, I'm glad your scale is speaking to ya!. Pam, good to hear from you and it seems like you are doing better, you go girl! Candra, you are just too funny about your scale! I will send you samples of my food intake during pre-op, actually here you go: B: Protein Shake 160cal, 30g protein, 1g carb L: 3-4oz boiled chicken(well seasoned), mixed green salad, 1tbs onion vinegrette dressing. D: 3-4oz any meat, Brocolli, 1/4cup or less rice No snacks...

Candra, How are the sketcher shape-ups? I am so ready for a pair. Do they really work your legs and but out? Losing weigh is causing me to lose my AASSS, so I have to firm those babies up :smile2:. How much did they cost?

Hi Riley, I am familiar with that diet. It may not be a bad idea, considering you are a vegan right? You have to find a way to get your protein in. I think protein is key with this LB. Try and see. I on the other hand am a carnivore LOL , can't do without meat lol, but can do without high carbs. Well at this point anything that will you lose your last few pounds and maintain is worth the try. If anyone can do it you can. Hey has anyone heard from Candy lately, I'm worried about her.

Hi Tanifare, Welcome! Yes we are a cool group of ladies. We have supported each other since day1. the 1200cal diet is simple, minimize your carb intake and slightly increase your protein. I can send you a sample of my meal plan if you'd like. When is your surgery and how far along in the process are you? Please disclose some info :-). weight, how much you need to lose before surgery. For the most part we all know where we are weight wise and it helps us track when we fall off the wagon so to speak :-). We are meeting for lunch this friday if you'd like to join us( if the other ladies don't mind), you may get some of your questions answered.

Hi Ladies, I was scheduled to see Dr.Park today and she cancelled again this is like the third time she has had to reschedule with me. I hate it! That's my venting for the day. Hope everyone is doing well. Tina change your siggy, I know it keeps me motivated often. girl you are doing fine.

Poor you Tamra I hope you feel better soon. Food poisoning is no fun! Candra I say add salad to your meal and add more protein and stick to the three times a day thing. It prepares you for what is to come (band). Girl get your grub on because your body is holding on to the little you are feeding it now. I know I ate a lot of salad and broccoli. Ncole, I unked my journal, but plan on starting again. BTW is anyone having BM issues I find myself going every 5-6 days. Benefiber is not helping, suppository is not either. Help!

Candra, you can't beat Tina inwriting lol. But the good thing is that everyone writes words of substance and not gibberish :-)), so we are never bored.I was reading your meal, do u think you may need a few more calories? Are you doing salads? It's interesting the day before yesterday I ate a little more and I dropped weight, then I ate exactly as stage IV menu indicated and I gained! What's up with that.The body is weird indeed.
