Hey LB Family , I've been banded. It has taken me a couple of very uncomfortable days to get here. But, I am here and now down 47lbs....You Go Girl

To date I have lost 34lbs, pre surgery. They have on the south beach super charged and i workout on the treadmill four days a week some weeks six. I feel good and I have gotten use to the samller portions and grilled or baked foods. I do not drink anything but v8 fusion or vegatable juice, not tamatio. No chips or fried foods. My surgery is not scheduled I meet with the surgen in March.

I was told the pre-opt diet was to reduce the amount of fat around the liver. The amount of fat around this organ, can complicate the surgurial process.
