hi Haley. Thanks for writing. Sorry it has taken me so long to view your message. Surgery was 12/22/08. Everything went well. My friend at work had her lapband about a month ahead of me. It really has helped to have someone to go through it with and compare experiences. Go to cafe and select meals together. :-) Anxious to hear how you are doing. Never would have taken this weight off without the lapband. Been such a blessing. Today at church someone saw me and said "Wow! Look at you skinny!!" I still have 60 lbs to go but feels so good to be managing my food and feeling better.
