Not really my story yet...just wanted to share my surgeon's name since it is not in the LBT list. I was banded by Harry Sax, MD of University Surgical Associates in Providence. His bariatric partner is Siva Vithianathan, MD. Their nurse practitioner is Amy Galindo, RN, NP, and their dietician is Meghan.Very supportive office staff and caring and knowledgeable medical staff.
