    Thank you all for your advice the last 3 days at dinner I have done the same stupid things I have NOT gottena fill they didn't haveany opening unitl 8 weeks out of my surgery. So i know i need a fill and guidence form the Dr's but i can't get in until the 22nd:angry_smile: it's soooo frusterating! i can eat anything but i do get full fast i like the idea of weighing my food ill do that THANK YOU Again

    I was banded on 12-1-08 andi have NO restriction but i do get full fast i cant wait for my first fill either. I was afraid of over eating but you really cant the band stops you because it hurts if you overeat!! I know it is frusterating and hard not to eat the garbage but i keep remembering the success i want:cursing:
