wow you look so good. great job miss. ive have lost 69 pounds ! it has been year for me on may 22 /o9 . i walk ever day little over mile down and back to my place. some time get mad cause i want get out the 408 to be gone.

Thanks so much! I'm glad that I can help you. Each day is a struggle but you just have to take it one day at a time. I have really good restriction now also I don't think I will get another fill anytime soon.

Thanks Jaynell, and you were right. I got restriction about two days ago and then I was due for another fill today so I got it and now I can tell a big difference I'm just hoping it stays like this. This is my 5th fill. You look fabulous I always search for your pics when I come on here you have inspired me and let me know that it can be done.

Yes I have felt that before also I was so tight that my doctor took everything out so I have been all over the place with this band. I'm kinda luck that my doctor is very good with fills I can call her anytime and she will fill or unfill. When did you get this fill cause also it can get tight out of no where so wait a little while and see if your restriction changes.

Hello Jaynell you look great!!! I'm Juawanna and I would like to know if you ever felt less restriction after a fill. I got my 4th fill and I feel like I'm hungry all the time now, like more than before I got the fill. Thanks for your help.
