i have been banded since 12-23-08 and im having trouble losing the weight. its hard to feed a family and trying to do the healthy the way i need some suggestion on what i need to do. i have had at least 3 fills and i know that i need to do it by myself instead of getting fills i just need to stop eating the junk food but sometimes thats what goes down with no problem.please help

i have been banded since 12-23-08 and im having problems i went to the doctor and i have gained weight i just need to excersie more but when i get off work im to tired i need to stop thinking that and just do it. if i want to lose the weight
