wat does everyone do to stay in shape during the holidays....this is a tough time for me lol..all the good food, it basically ruins how hard i work all year to stay in shape...anyone have any tips?

hah some of you are pretty intense lol....i guess i just need to start doing more cardio...it's hard tho, don't really have a lot of time...the treadmill is boring, plus it's cold outside, but i guess i'm gonna have to try somethin =)

I won't miss having to struggle to get into my favorite pair of jeans. I won't miss being short of breath when bending down to pick something up I won't miss hearing...sorry we don't have that size I won't miss my the pounds that I will shed

As far as meats after regular foods is bison ok?

I've never had bison before, But i try to steer clear of beef. I usually have a lot of fish and turkey and gator when i can get it. Where do you buy Bison meat? -
Hey sorry terilynn112, TBL is the show the biggest loser . I think i see the difference now though, this show is more directed at surgery and TBL is more focused on fitness and nutrition. I didn't know that lap bands could erode into your stomach. That's scary stuff.

I'm considering this surgery, but I definitely don't know enough about it. Can anyone give me an quick explanation in layman's terms? I'm very confused by all this medical mumbo jumbo!

definitely check the couch to 5k...it looks like a great program and I really think it could work for so many people having a hard time!
