Hello makana, i too have had my band 3 years and i ws 96kg at the time and got down to 72kg at my lowest. i have since put on inthe past 21 months or so and are back to 85kg, and i feel like a failer big time. i do feel that i have just slipped back into my old patten and eat allt he time. my choise of food is wrong and i have to get myself out of this old habit. - intersting as i have only just started writing on this site, actually this would be my 3rd time, i have been just reading other peoples questions. yet tonight i felt i would reply to you, so i guess i too have to find that ( i feel good about myself ) again and get back on track.
