How do you take non-liquid medications?

I also take Cymbalta in the capsule form and instead of putting the beads into water and drinking it - I open the capsules in my mouth directly and then take a drink. That way - you get the complete dosage and it actually tastes better than drinking water with the beads in it. Hope this helps!! -

I was banded on 1/8 and am feeling great!! My only compliant would be that I do not have a ton of energy but I am only fitting in 500-600 calories a day so I guess that makes sense!! I am down 18 lbs and my first fill is scheduled for 2/16! I am starting to get some of my appetite back as well so I am looking forward to some restriction. Keep up the good work New Year Hotties!!! :tt2: -
I am being banded on Jan 8th in Dallas, TX. I am super excited and getting a little nervous as well!! I had all my pre-op tests this morning and I am glad to get that over with!! Good luck to all of us 09' bandsters!!! :thumbup:

Hello, I am completeley new to the site, I have been reading this site for months but just got my surgery date yesterday so I thought that I would say hello! I start my new life on 1/8/09 and I am so excited!! What a great way to ring in the new year!! :smile2:
