Hi Allana,

I had lapband as well and I too live in Maine, my surgery was 5/11/2009. 100lbs down thus far and struggling at the moment, i had to have some unfills, one huge unfill which is frustrating. I so need to up my workouts! How do you do it?

I am now over a year out of surgery and i am down 100 lbs. I have fills and unfills and am at least 60lbs from my goal weight.

My surgery is May 11th and I am getting excited and nervous. I am on my second round of liquid diet...getting very tired of it, but it will all be worth it! I have lost 45 lbs since I started the process.
