Hows it going. Great Im sure, Im slowly figuring this thing out, Ive added more protein to my diet to supplement for the meat I can no longer eat, and its working Im toning and lossing at a much faster past. Ive had some days I had to lay off the protein smoothies for breakfast and switch to a egg with a little cheese b/c I found myself going almost 6hrs without even thinking about food. Which of course that was somthing else that worried me. Im eating what I can still, which isnt much, but I feel better now that Ive added more protein.I really cant see myself getting anymore fills anytime soon.
