no...no...no. on the snacking...i exercise for at least an hour and a half to 2 hours 6-7 days a week...some people will tell u to up ur calories...i dont know about that...i'm always afraid if i go back to my old habits...i wont b able to stop...if u do eat bread...pasta and rice...try cutting that completely out for a lil while...i've gotten stuck b4 too...the closer u get to goal...the less u'll drop...the less u weight...the less calories u burn off when exercising...the last 15 r the hardest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
