Thank you for your comment. I work out a lot! I do 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmil a day which normally is around 3 miles a day. Then I do 50 min of circuit training with weights to tone up my muscles. As far as eating I will just tell you what I had for today
B-light yogurt 6 oz
L-Whole grain pita with 1 tsp mustard turkey and tomato
D- Grilled chicken, cabbage, strawberries
I do not eat any fried foods, mayo, or fatty dressings. and the only thing that I drink is water and skim milk for my protein.
I do still do my protein drinks. I have never been taken off of them. The doctor actually up my dose from 2 scoops to 3 scoops. How is your journey going? You are looking good! Keep up the good work!
