Thank you for you comments. How did i do it? i just made sure I kept moving, where it is walking or riding my stationary bike. i make sure i do something every day to move my body and burn more cals. you can do it! make sure you change what ever your workout routine you do every now and a than. It keeps you from hitting so many platues. dont let your body get too use to doing one workout, it will stop or slow down your progress. Good luck
