hey! i am so sorry you are discouraged....but at least you have not gained. have you tried getting a fill? that might help? i know the feeling though...you just have to find something that will motivate you to get back on it.

Hey there! thanks a bunch! I'm getting a little lazy...I have not been going to the gym as much. I do have a good fill that I considered unfilling at my appointment on yesterday but since i have only about 20 more lbs to goal i decided to keep it. Hopefully i will hit my goal in the next 3 months! You are doing great too! 50 lbs is great! keep up the good work! :-)

Shame on you! lol! Just kidding! We were being bad at the same time then because yesterday I couldn't get anything down either...not even a piece of watermelon! But that Hershey bar I had went right down! That is so crazy how you can eat junk but not real food. I think I will get an unfill next week so that I can at least get some real nutrition in my system. I would probably be losing more weight if not for all this sugar I am eating. I only went to the gym twice last week too...terrible...being lazy. I must get back to it because I am almost there! WE CAN DO IT!!!

I am having the same problem as you with things coming back up. But my band is funny....today I've had no problem eating at all! Started off this morning with some cherios, then had soup and turkey bacon for lunch...yesterday I could hardly eat a thing. So I'm still in the air on if I should get unfilled or not. You are definitely experiencing restriction at its best! lol. Good for you getting on the treddy...I've got to hit the dreaded gym today as well since I skipped yesterday :-(. Have a great day!

Good for you! baby steps is all it takes! :-). Lately I have been drinking protein shakes for breakfast only because I can't eat in the morning. I really didnt worry about the protein shakes because I hated the taste of all of them (I tried to get it in the natural way with chicken, eggs, etc) but now since I am having problems with hair loss I am trying to get at least one in a day. AND since my band is so tight I can barely eat any type of meat. I recently tried the special k protein drinks and they taste pretty good. I know they are not the best because of all the sugar but its a start. I also try to eat a boiled egg at some point during the day if I can.
