I'm sorry you were having a bad week. I'm a little stressed too. I need to be down by 100 pounds before my one year in december. So my plan is to increase my water since I have not been doing very well with that. Then increase my exercise (have not been doing well with that either) and stay off the sweets! (I have been doing terrible with that!!). Maybe you can try those things too and see if any works? Or maybe try re-evaluating what you are doing and take away the things that you know you should not be doing????

Girl thanks! u r too funny! I thought I was gonna pass out after those 2 mins! lol! I thought I would be good at a size 12 but now I have lost my mind and wanna go for the gusto and see what an 8 looks like! I bought a size 10 jeans at walmart and they fit! I was like WTF? I only lost about 8 pounds and could squeeze in a 10?! lol

Hey! I am doing good...working on my last 20 pounds and they are so hard to get off! I have lost 91 pounds so far. I was trying to lose slowly and not obsess so much about it but now since i'm getting close to my bandiversary I am starting to get worried. So I'm back hitting the gym and trying to watch what I eat a little better. You are doing great to have lost that much with only 3 fills.

Hey Lady! I see you are working it out! Good for you!! You sound like you are doing great! I wish I could drink more protein shakes but they are so disgusting to me I have to force myself to get them in. Wow! I can't believe you are only at 2.5 cc's and you have good restriction! I am at 7.6 cc's and I have great restriction but I'm starting to feel a little greedy and want these last 20 pounds off before my one year bandiversary. I'm not sure what I'm gonna do yet. I was scheduled to go tomorrow for a fill but I cancelled it...maybe i'll take another couple of weeks to see if I can do it myself. but you are doing great! keep up the good work! what size/weight are you trying to get to right now?

Girl I feel your pain! I am at 7.6 cc's! I absolutely cannot eat steak, bread, most chicken, pork, and salad. If I do I have to eat extremely slow! but beef is definitely a no go. I think once you get to goal you can release some of your tightness so that you can at least be able to enjoy food in moderation again...at least that's my theory on it. I'm gonna stay tight until I reach my goal then I'm gonna unfil just a bit and see how that works. I have no appetite most of the time but I do eat eggs, turkey bacon, oatmeal, beans, salmon....and of course I can get in all the bad stuff like ice cream, potato chips and chocolate! lol

Thanks! I think the sweet spot might be different for everyone. But for me its where I can only eat a certain amout of food, like around a 1/2 cup (if that), and I am full to the brim. If I am not careful I will easily PB so this keeps me from overeating and getting that horrible chest pain. So now I must choose what I eat carefully or else I will not get all the good nutrients that I need. I dont take a multivitamin cuz I always forget.
