Thank you for you post!! I was about to go nuts because I am having the same problem! I've been working out 5 days a week and strenght training 3 of those days and have gained 3 freakin pounds!!! I was trying to LOSE those three not gain! But I see what the problem is now!! so thank you both!! :-)

Happy Belated Birthday!! I am glad you are doing ok. Don't worry about the set back...that just gives us more motivation to get going again!! I've been trying not to beat myself up when I go a little overboard. I am doing well so far. I am almost to 40 pounds! I didn't realize how much of a difference 40 lbs makes! I am with you on that two piece swimsuit. I would LOVE to get in one if I can get rid of all this left over baby fat! (I have a 9 month old). You are doing so well...stay motivated!! :-)

Yes, I had to get an unfill. At 6.5 cc I couldnt keep anything but water down. But when I left the office the water went down fine but anything thicker than that came back up. I eat way more than 3 oz. which is why i think I may have stretched my pouch or something. I eat at a regular pace to me. I dont feel like I eat slow. I will know it if I eat too fast. I am hungry 1-2 hrs later too! or it could be mental???

I just really started to feel some restriction after my second fill also but I still dont think it is enough. I can still eat at least 9 oz (a whole lean cuisine) and be satisfied. I still feel hungry a little. I am thinking maybe I should go back and get a little more. I am at 6.2 cc. I do know that 6.5 cc is too much so maybe I'll try 6.4 cc and see if that does the trick.

I was nervous too about all of the do's and don'ts of this surgery but once I did it I never even thought about it again. I am sooo happy that I made the choice and followed through with it. I am noticing a major difference with my life and most importantly my self esteem. I honestly don't even feel like I had any surgery. I do notice that I can't eat as much as I used to but that is a good thing!

Hi Angela!
Congratulations on making the first step towards a healthier life. Contemplating this surgery is one of the best things you can do for yourself. Everyone's experience is different. I have not had any major challenges except staying motivated. When I see the scale moving is the best motivation for me. The slow eating and bite size food is not even an issue. I do eat slower and take smaller bites but I don't even take a second thought about it because I know the consequences if I don't do what I am supposed to. I seriously doubt you will be too full of water to eat! Even if you do drink a lot of water...your body is going to crave something of substance which is going to make you eat.

Hey Lady! I am doing great! I'm steadily coming down after a little slump. I don't know what I did to pick it back up but its working. I'm still not working out like I should though. My 18's are getting a little loose! I'm trying to keep from going shopping because I don't want a bunch of clothes I can't wear and have no plans to fit into again! Thanks for checking on me!
