Hey girl! So nice to hear from you. I have been doing ok. Gained a couple of pounds back. Been really stressed out caring for my mother and feel into some really BAD eating habits but I am back now. Had to start all over again and get back on track and it really sucks!!! Was only 10 pounds from my personal goal and now its 18 but the point is Im back and now more determined than ever to get this darn weight off. Hope everything is going good for you.
