Girrl, thank you so much, when I read this it really made me feel good. We've never met but I truly believe that you will follow my progress and be a source of support for me. Today I went to GNC to pick up a few trial sized protein supplements and then I to the commissary to pick up a couple boxes of special K protein mix to add to my water. What do you think about slim fast low carb shakes?

I am also working on putting together a few menus so that I won't have to stand in front of the pantry and try to figure out what to eat.
