What all have I experienced. The second day out very sore and still very drugged. Taking vitamin daily. Thurs-Saturday rested. Sunday-Tuesday grochy. I cried and pouted because I have been really wanting some meat. I have confession, I been chewing regular foods just for the taste and then spit it out. Oh! I tired a crum of a cake and it hurt. I am so tired of soup, popcisicles, and clear liquids. I know mind over matter. Couple of times became lightheaded, I let 3 1/2hrs passed by before I ate or drank anything. Everyone who is new this lapband thing, stay on track. Drink or eat something at least every two hours(from day 1 to day 14). Get healthy and get fine:thumbup:

Hello all in lapband world.
I am post op 5 days. I have the realize band. I am glad to know there is support and what to expect with my new adventures in days, months, and years to come.
