yes we will have to celebrate together, my birthday is Oct. 10th and i actually had my band done 2weeks later on Oct.24th. so Oct. is will be my birthday and 1 yr band- a- versary. and i think the most part of it is MENTAL, we've lived so long without boundaries on eating so it's going to take awhile to get retrained. but when you are banded and get pass all the post-op stuff and get that good restriction, you will be so amazed at how fast you get full and the small amount it takes you. hopefully you will have a good out come some just drop the weight like it's nothing, i guess i'm not one of those..lol or maybe i need to reach my sweet spot !
