Well I am doing ok, I have lost 5 more pounds. Went in for a fill, I am at 4cc in my band. It seems as if since the last fill I have been eating more than ususal. This sounds very wrong. It is my intention to up the exercise to everyday instead of 3x a week. I really thought this would go a lot faster. The doc says I am doing good, 1 to 2 pounds a week is what is to be expected. My question is how are others losing so fast. I got depressed and ate a few things I was not suppose to on yesterday but I thought about it after the fact that I can't do that again.
