    :thumbup: checking in...busy week, Tues - Did curves :tt2: and walked :biggrin:, got Water in, :biggrin: right at 1500 calories Wed - Raining horribly today, had to work over, but did 20 minutes walk on treadmill. No curves:thumbdown: half water 1200 calories :cool2: lower carbs but still too much Thur - today - Water in all of it ! :tt2: walked 30 minutes:thumbup: curves gym workout :thumbup: Way under 1200 calories and way under carb goal :thumbup: Will weigh on monday... hope scales are down by then today up, but i figured because building muscles but only up 2 pounds or possible water wt?

    Hi girl, just read your post from yesterday. I need to follow your lead and report even the slip ups but you did not do too bad, cereal and milk is not gonna KILL your diet efforts just as long it don't become a daily midnight habit! LOL. I myself could LIVE on cereal and milk but WOA at the carbs on that for me! I am aiming to go lower carb in my diet. It is good to get to go out to eat and you were so smart for checking your calories and that BEFORE you got to the restaraunt. Great Job! :hurray: Hang in there and congrats on your recent weight loss, I was reading trying to catch up yesterday after being MIA through the holidays. Again, thanks for your support on this thread and always reminding us why we are here and that this thread is for accountability of all - the good , the bad :eek: and the ugly ! Today I am aiming for: Total fat calories percentage 20%, Total carb calories percentage 30% Total protein calories percentage 50%. I did get in my 35 minute workout at curves gym I did get in half my Water goal of 84 oz :thumbup: I did drink my green tea I did not get to walk 20-30 minutes :hurray: Have a wonderful day!     Tabithan - thanks for your response, yes, I do admit, I do avoid this place when I am doing badly on my diet, etc. I need to report REGARDLESS!!! THANKS for that reminder.     Ladies - I need you all I will go back and read the posts here int he form that I have missed but sounds like a lot of you are doing so great! Keep up the good work. I have a bandiversary in February (5 years from surgery date) and want to reach my ultimate goal of being under 200 pounds by Christmas 2009. So new WEIGHT goals for me (at this very moment) are: Lose 20 pounds by Feb 25th (bandiversary date) Goal wt 238 Weigh 199 by Christmas (current weight 258) Weekly and Daily goals I will post this icon if I did not meet my goal and need to be yelled at Yes, I need YOU to do this for me after you look at my goals and posts here daily! Be my bootcamp drill sergent! Curves 3-4 x per week if I meet this goal you will see this icon: Walking on treadmill or at park 20-30 minutes, if I meet this goal you will see this icon: Stay under 20 carbs per day if I meet this goal you will see this icon: :tongue2: Drank green tea if I meet this goal you will see this icon: :eek: Drink Water 84 oz per day if I meet this goal you will see this icon: No snacking after supper with supper no later than 7 pm - if I meet this goal you will see this icon: If I screw up on any of these, you will see these icons: :thumbup: Thanks for your support

    Hello....was MIA back on track now I allowed Christmas and new years to overtake me :eek: and my time away from here and the gym, etc....but all stragglers welcome to come back and repent, Right? I went back to curves the week before Christmas the last time until today, went today :thumbup:and my wt was 258. :tongue2: I am doing low carb today on the diet and goals this week are: 84 oz Water daily (About half this goat met) Low carb diet (20 g of carbs or less per day) (Little over on the carbs) Walk 20-30 minutes per day (Met today) Curves Gym for 30-40 minutes (Met today)

    Tabithan - Glad to hear your procedure went well on Friday. Yes, that fill will be good for you, it is a mental thing with me, I have a good tight feel and only a few bites of the solid food really make me full quick -makes me know that the band is doing its job. YAY! Hang in there you will start to know how it feels to be almost full and know when to stop eating, won't take near as much to fill up the stoma where the band is. Crzytchr - Praying for you with your procedures and pink eye today. Keep us posted when you are able. I am happy to report....drumroll please....my first week of going back to workout at curves has paid off. Last Monday my weight was 258 today it is 253! WOOHOO! Could be Water weight, who knows, but I am THRILLED the scales are down 5 pounds! Makes me more inspired to KEEP AWAY from all the devilish demons of food all around me here this holiday week! Good luck to us all. I will have to change my exercise routine this week, Curves is closed the entire week and I vow to walk either outside for 20-30 minutes everyday or on the treadmill inside. Other goals listed below. My goals for today: Drink at least 80 oz water Exercise at least 30 minutes a day - on the treadmill at home or walk the dog outside for 20-30 minutes. Track every bite that goes in my mouth (The Good, The Bad and the Ugly) on fitday Track here on this thread or just sit and read here when tempted to eat tonight when the food demons strike! Good luck to us all and of course MERRY CHRISTMAS!

    I see that it is probably too late to join this December challenge, as I see it, this thread is for more a daily accountability tool right? Any one set a January 09 exercise challenge yet? What are the rules if any? Do you just set your own goal for this thread? and report daily? Just curious I am new to LBT but have been lurking for a while. I still want to lose 70 pounds. Thanks for any info.

I am happy to announce I went to curves gym again last night, burned 434 calories according to their machine printout, it is personalized to you, very cool setup with the SMARTmachines. Stayed pretty much around the calories I wanted to stay under, did NOTget all my Water in however : ( TODAY: Walked 20 minutes on my lunch break already food for today so far: coffee with sugarfree vanilla carmel creamer (Delish) One boiled egg - Breakfast Midmorning snack: Light Yoplait yogurt Lunch: Progresso Light Beef Pot Roast Soup (1/2 cup) Hope you all are getting out and exercising like you want and tracking your food intake, need to post on FItday now... After work I guess. Plan to go workout at Curves again today. Gonna try to find my stepcounter and start wearing it to track my steps daily and set a goal for that. Good luck to us all!     Crzytchr - Good luck on your surgery on Monday. I have no idea about an unfill for surgery but I really don't see why they would need you to? To me that would be taking steps backwards! ARGH! I will pray you won't have to have an unfill and that you don't gain and most of all that your surgery goes well. Keep us posted.

    Hi checking in....went to curves last night, got my 30 minutes in there and 10 minutes on the treadmill. Tracked all my food on Fitday, went over a little more than I should have on the carbs, will try to do better today....take it day by day huh? I have those recent pics printed out and sitting here looking at me to help remind me WHY I need to keep on keeping on! Compared them to pics from 2 years ago BEFORE I gained the 30 pounds back and just makes me more determined! See ya! Good luck to everyone! Keep up the good work.

    I know, I agree, it is so cold out today here, I am so spoiled getting to work from home, I don't want to get out and make me go to CURVES gym but I am going, I AM GOING, I AM GOING!!!! Good luck on the snacking situation, I have the same food demons that attack that same time of day for me too!

    Lurker MIA reporting in.... First off, love this thread and thanks for keeping check on me Tabithan! It is nice to have the personal support and accountability! I NEED to be pulled in out of the shadows and get on here daily and post my failures and victories too... I have been walking but did not over the weekend, not made it back to curves yet, hope to do that today and have my monthly weigh in and measure to see where I am going from here....hopefully down on the scales and up on the self confiedence. I am confessing, this time of year I tend to slip a lot :blushing: and eat the band cheater foods (slider foods that go down WAY too easy like chocolates and pies, icecreams, etc) and with lots of parties,etc to attend, hard to say no. I think I will follow Tabithan's advice about on those particular days to "save" more calories for the time I will need them, that is an awesome idea and trick they told us to use when I used to go to wt watcher meetings too. Does anyone here follow their plan for accountability at weekly weigh ins? i need to go back just for that and the uplifting meetings, but can't afford that and curves membership so need the stick with the curves gym and get my butt moving there and use THIS forum for my support! You all are awesome and I am so thrilled you all are here and we can "fess up" without being beat up with harsh words. You all sound like you are doing very well in your goals too.     A lurker of the board here... I have had my band since 2003 (old timer) starting weight was 364 now at 258, very frustrated! I know the rules, know what to do, just fall of the bandwagon somewhere midweek. Hello! I have had this band since 2003 and should be a lot smaller by now! I had lost 140 pounds total and have gained back 30 pounds of it and am totally agravated with myself and feel like such a failure. I have an 11 cc band with 9 cc of Fluid in it last fill in April this year, but don't feel I need an adjustment, as don't take much to get me full at each meal... I eat Proteins first veggies and lower carbs at meals...then the food demons attack at night after supper and I tend to snack on junk food! What is wrong with me and my brain?! I am a food addict and sneak candy bars and icecream just like in the old days before the band, Why do I keep sabatoging myself when I still have so much to lose? I want to get down to at least 180 pounds but at this point would be thrilled to get to 200. I am so bummed out and hate to admit to anyone that I have gained but saw some pics of myself this week and about threw up! I hate pics of myself. I am a member of the Curves for women gym and have not been going faithful since before thansgiving and have just been horrible at my eating/sneaking at night. I do good all day long (hubby present and sees what I eat) he works at night and that is when I watch TV and go back to old bad habits. My goals are to : Exercise 3-4 x per week - drink more Water - keep a daily food diary - lose at least 30 pounds by may 6 year anniversary band surgery date in February. Am I hopeless or what?
